Woodhouse Learning Lower School

Woodhouse Learning – Lower School supports pupils with complex learning needs and those working within the Foundation Curriculum Pathway. This is the only site within West Oaks where the Foundation Pathway is delivered.

Pupils follow personalised curriculum pathways with a strong focus on communication, engagement and early development. Learning takes place within a structured and supportive environment, with access to consistent approaches and specialist facilities shared across all West Oaks sites.

The aim of Lower School is to build strong foundations for learning, enabling pupils to develop the key skills required for the next stage of their education. Woodhouse Learning was established in 2015, with further expansion in 2021 to meet the growing need for specialist provision.
