As mentioned in previous newsletters, we are preparing for our Parent/Carer Meet and Greet evenings, which will take place in school during the week commencing 23rd March.

These meetings provide an opportunity for you to meet with your child’s class teacher to discuss how they are progressing in school. It is also a chance to find out more about what your child has been learning so far this year and the areas of learning they will be focusing on for the remainder of the year. The Meet and Greet sessions will take place on:

·         Tuesday 24th  March 2026 – Boston Spa Learning
·         Wednesday 25th  March 2026 – Woodhouse Learning
·         Thursday 26th  March 2026 – Headingley Learning

Bookings can be made via the online system Parent Booking. You will receive an email inviting you to book an appointment.

The bookings will go live from 5pm on Tuesday 10th March. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.

Instructions for using the new system are as follows :

  1. Click on the link https://parents-booking.co.uk/westoaks
  2. You will need to enter your name and email address (this is the email address registered with school), Your child’s legally registered First name and Forename and their D.O.B, see below

3. You will be then presented the below screen, Select Make appointment

4. You will then be presented with your child’s class and teacher. You can then select the time you require and click the blue “book”, then confirm your time

 

5. You will return the booking screen where you can email your confirmation. The process is now complete. You will receive a reminder 48 hours before the parents evening commences.
