2. Personalised Learning Instructor  

We are looking to recruit a Personalised Learning Instructor (PLI) to work 1:1 with a pupil and as part of a class group.

PLIs are an important part of our staff team. After our recent “outstanding” Ofsted inspection, the inspection team highlighted that “staff are exceptionally good at identifying the needs of pupils and matching learning to ensure pupils make maximum progress.” Also, noted was the “high quality of the work undertaken by support staff (associate staff), particularly their skills around asking questions, that it was difficult to ascertain which member of staff was the teacher.”

3 . Graduate ICT and Media Innovator 

We are still accepting applications for a Graduate ICT and Media Innovator. You will be a key member of the Innovation Team.

Your will:

  • be responsible for system wide technical support to curriculum and administrative PCs, laptops, printers, assistive technologies and our network installation
  • help support the teaching of ICT and other curriculum elements by preparing relevant technological support and relevant materials
  • develop the school website and intranet and take a key role in developing apps and tracking systems
