  1. Administrators

Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking to recruit two office coordinators to join our administration team. You will be based initially at our Woodhouse Learning site. This is an exciting career opportunity for well-organised, excellent and hardworking candidates who share our passion to improve all that we do. Your work will include:

  • Managing front office and acting as first point of contact
  • Preparing correspondence, record-keeping, filing and photo-copying
  • Managing meeting rooms and dealing with hospitality
  • Collecting, recording and banking of dinner money
